Nah tin eye is less useful than you think, in that for images off Getty images the sites where you buy stock photos they all have buried encoding so you can find it.
If this encoding does not exist then it is not really possible to find it...
I no longer post photos online of my other activities as big magazines started to steal them and post them claiming THEY OWNED THE PHOTOS, when they are pictures of my motorbike with MY number plate clearly visible.
On any photo I shunt online in the future I put a huge intrusive watermark on it, as I'm tired of magazines stealing my photos.

The original was stolen from Flickr and somebody put THEIR water mark on it, and it was distributed all over the place (I know the person who took this photo originally she has the original non cropped photo from which this was taken).
