Saunas

Just a quick question. How are saunas sessions done really? I've read multiple reviews but I'd still like to ask anyway. When you go to sauna, do you get a real massage and sauna session before getting the real business done? Also, are you able to allot more time to 'personal connection time' from the massage/relaxation time as I usually like to go in and get straight to business. Just asking because a little bit of massage/relaxation time is nice.
