But to quickly answer your question here's my view on this sensitive subject. At the end of the day, the girls are there to make money, they aren't there, initially, looking for a husband. (on an off note, we must also remember that we are only there for fun and not looking for a spouse). Back to where I was, if you have the money, which I presume you have , then all you need is good manners and up to a certain degree average looks. If you posses the first two qualities but lack the looks you might have to try a little harder but you'll get what you want in the end with a little work.
Best thing to do is to find someone who can show you around and let him do the talking.

Can't comment on race but most of the WGs in DG and SZ do not speak English. That is
perhaps the biggest problem that a foreign punter will face in that part of the World. Most
of them, because they will not be able to communicate with you effectively, may actually
'avoid' you in that sense.

Having said that, there are those who wouldn't mind and i'm sure you will find some. But
generally, they will be more comfortable with someone who can at least speak some
mando/canto i think.

well what about in china ? would there be 0% of getting any there?

It would be harder to get some in China as compared to HK because as mentioned earlier,
not many of the mainland girls speak any other language besides mandarin or cantonese.

I can't put a percentage probability as to whether or not you will not be able to have fun
in China but the odds are considerably lessened due to the language issue.

As for the race thing, some girls are ok and some are not so ok with it. Depends on the WG
in question.

My more practical advice for you is that if you intend to go to SZ, that you have a friend who
can speak canto or mando to bring you there if possible. Because whatever your race, you
don't want to be stuck in a place where people can't communicate with you! That is more of
a concern in a place like SZ.

Going to SZ shouldn't be much a problem for westerners as most go across the border for shopping, veggie massages and stuff. So its not an uncommon sight to see westerners walking around SZ but might be a rarity in DG.

Had a massage at Queen's Spa in SZ, near Hooker Alley, over the weekend and notice two westerners - one was white and the other Indian origin - near the spa talking to a Chinese girl in English and overheard them discussing the cost for a session

But as DD said, best to bring another mongering friend who speaks cantonese/mandarin to help out when necessary otherwise there could be sticky situations.

Just be ready to forge out extra bucks if u are westerners or Indians, general norms is extra RMB100 to 200 for Sauna.
For KTV, watch the gals facial expression and body language, they tend to shy away and look elsewhere. But who gives a shit right? Just grab them and pound them, since u are the paymaster.

For hooker alleys/BBS, I have seen the mummies rejecting explaining the gals do not service the white/black.

Having said that, due to huge supply of chicks, you can find alternatives and elsewhere easily.

I have heard in SZ and inner china, the girls do not really go for any other race besides Asians. The reason is probably because there are not that many other than HK and Macau. But who really knows. I guess if you have the money and you are not butt ugly, then it should be ok. I once saw this bald, ugly, fat dude go up the elevator with this gorgeous young looking girl, I mean he must be at least 50 and she no more than 20 but she still went with him. So there's a chance. He was at least Asian though.

Sometime it is not about butt ugly or money, Chinese people in mainland maintain their Principles.

If you guys notice, unlike some other Asian countries, chinese locals and commies (including WGs)  are patriotic with strong sense of nationalism and do not actually give priority service to  
westerners.
In fact, some treat westerners as persona non grata.

I ever asked some WGs. they presume Indians (no heart feeling...) are stingy, or no tipping at all...

I don't think bro cactuss was asking about getting priority service, just getting service at all. The line between nationalism and racism can be a thin one. Treating persons as 'persona non grata' on the basis of their race, for example. If that happens in a Western country, it's called racism. Also, I really don't see what 'principle' is being adhered to when a WG refuses to service other races. PRC companies are only too keen to sell manufactured goods to other countries, so why shouldn't a WG sell her body to people from other countries? What's the difference? Of course, it is their choice who they do business with, but why call it a 'principle'?

In my earlier post I also mentioned they can have alternatives elsewhere if a joint refuse them. Plenty of meat everywhere.

And never compare a "It" (goods/product) with WG selling their body to other countries.

Maybe you should try and come to China and observe for yourself. Spend sometime here and learn the culture.

Yep, I'm keen to visit China in coming months, and have started learning a little Mandarin in preparation.  Depending on how much time I have, I'd like to visit at least DG, SZ, and Z, and maybe Beijing and Shanghai (I doubt if I'll make those last two on this trip, though, as I'll be focused on HK/Macau). I've already visited several other Asian countries, including Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Myanmar, ROK, and India.

I certainly would never compare a WG with an 'it' (c.f. use of the term 'meat' to describe them) - I probably should have said "goods and services" rather than "manufactured goods" - would have been clearer.

On a practical level, I totally agree with you: If a WG refuses me service, mai pen rai (Hope I remembered that correctly from my Thai visits) & move on to the next. Has never happened so far, touch wood.

ok my 2 cents

chinese WGs are GENERALLY racist -- they will discriminate against non oriental (ie western / dark people). it may mean extra money required or shit service/attitude or a mix of both.
- i say this from experience (through going with friends etc...)
- also from the WG telling me

before somebody flame me, i am actually chinese so im just try to say the truth to the best of my knowledge.


solution: if you detect any of the above, just move on to another girl, you'll find somebody that accept both you and your money.... dont be hurt.

Given my experiences with most of the Chinese WGs, they have told me they MUCH prefer Asian clients.  That's not to speakon behalf of EVERYONE of course, just the ones I've asked (which is maybe about 6 or so).

Reasons why they were so adamant about it:

1)  Comfortability - it's being with your own kind and knowing their traits / habits.
2)  Hygiene - Apparently they think the lighter the skin, the cleaner you are (though I must say some Chinese people are the dirtiest people I've seen).
3)  Unknown - Stereotypes aside, some of them think there are expectations that come with foreigners (i.e. getting wild for the white guy or submissive for the black guys, etc.).
4)  Old and fat = disgusting.  Not that they really have a choice, but they told me they prefer active (25-40 year olds apparently) men rather than older ones who may just lay there and admire the eye candy.

Then again, this is all just hearsay and quite possibly a coincidence I've encountered with the girls I've been with.

In the end, $$$ talks.

i have found that Hygiene is key.
these ladies are here for business but they do have their standard.
the one thing they cant avoid totally is the risk in their job,

and hygiene is one of the better indicators of the type of person they are dealing with.

a cleaned well-groomed client (of any race) will more than likely win out over dirty and poorly kept regardless of the age and ethnicity of the punter.

so the moral of the story is...
Shower early and often.

My experience is certainly not a statistically significant sample, but in the 141 world I have seen the next guy going in as I was exiting.  First off, it's kinda weird to meet a total stranger in the doorway, but the point being that I've seen all sorts of races and downright unattractive (hygiene-wise) packages going in and haven't yet seen a 141 girl kick them out.  Now, who knows what kind of service they get, but they do get serviced.

Makes me think two things: how tough the girls' job is, and I really got to stop doing DATY!

I am Indian- brown skinned!...I've done enough walk ups and not a single time have I had any such problem..this race issue is no big deal!

if you're really ugly looking, unhygienic , have BO you stand to get rejected whether youre white, oriental , black or brown..otherwise race doesnt matter..money does!

i hope this settles questions on race- or atleast the Indian/brown skinned with oriental girls!
