I wana know if sharing of other sites like this are acceptable or not, also if its acceptable where do i post it in?

No formal rules - so it depends a lot on how you do it, what it is, and the reasons you give.  

If you read what's been posted here you can figure out that people do post links to other sites, it's accepted, and even encouraged - as long as the end result is to add value to this site and this forum.  

The members (especially seniors and moderators) get irritated by blatant spam or unabashed self-promotion.  
And the site's Admins would get involved and impose rules if too many links were posted to competing sites.  Obviously.  

So the answer is highly qualitative and depends a lot on your own participation ... the grey-area is if you're an active contributor you get more leeway ... generally if you're adding value, sharing useful information that's not covered here, being informative, entertaining, or helpful, you can do a lot.

What's interesting about your question is you clearly haven't (yet) taken the time to research what people post ... so you obviously have a site in mind.  
Care to tell us about the site and why you want to promote it, before posting the link?

Well i'm from singapore and there's a site similar to 141 call sammyboyforums which also features Field reports and such. I think that i would greatly benefit brothers here if they are gonna go to singapore and such. And i have used the search function on the forums and did not find any results on sammyboyforums so i thought tt i'll share it. The link as below. Hope tt its useful to u guys

Looking at that sb forum I notice a lot of ads ... I haven't read any of the reports as I need to register
but do you think, because of the ads, the reports are credible ?

The reports creditable i myself use it frquently and there are also FRs on our neighbouring countries too. It really helps if you're going to singapore as it gives quite alot of info.

Edit: The ads help to heep the server which the forum is hosted funded as there's quite alot of things including pics and vids hosted
