Anyone could explain/help me when the walk in hours are of these clinics all the opening hours mentioned?

I am particularly confused of the terminology used:

"Operation session"
And
"Registration is closed an hour before the end of each session"


Planning to go tomorrow can't call them today it's Sunday thanks

Just turn up latest an hour before their closing time.
I think operation means exactly that, i.e. surgery.
