Not sure if it's useful, but just an idea:
Due to this PD thing now appearing, could there be a sticky thread or something like that where visitors could post how PD-friendly the "serve for PD" flats are? Just a passing comment or something like that. This could be of some assistance to wheelchair-bound bros or people who can't climb stairs too easily. By having a quick look at the thread, they can assess whether the flat is accessible or if the facilities inside the rooms do cater to their needs. This can save them the trouble of having to go all the way to the building and only to discover that they can't get up.
A case in point:
The other day, I went to Foremost Building and could only spot lifts on the 1st floor, yet there are WGs in that building advertising themselves as "PD" -
