I read that something similar happens in Tokyo in Kabukicho.  They have these gogo bar type places with 5-6 headliner J-Pop, androgynous looking dudes.  I'm not sure what exactly goes on in there, but I'm guessing FS is possible.  The girls who frequent those places are often working girls themselves who will ply their trade along the streets and then once they get a bit of money in their pockets, go see the J-Pop boys and blow all their money.  I'd guess it's touching on the fantasy of being with a guy who looks like he could be a BTS member.

Yeah, I've been to one or two or those shops, and its basically as you've said. Its not just WGs, but they do make up a pretty big proportion of their clientele. It's pretty crazy how deeply obsessed some of the clients get over the hosts - I've heard insane stories about all kinds of feuds and crashouts in those circles.
