I don't know if you can call it blackmailing but she uses videos from cctv, and profile pictures on wechat as well as screenshots of her chats and publish it on her wechat moments and other social media to publicly shame any client who she does not get along with. The problem is she's very tempered and apparently surrounded by "regular" chumps who suck up to her. So anyone who arrives a bit late, asks questions, or rubs her the wrong way gets that treatment.

I also never understood why she's getting so many good reviews, but I think it's because punters are afraid to post bad reviews given the reasons above.
