So I decided to head down to Pattaya to get a break from Bangkok at the beginning of the year. It seemed as busy as it ever has, although in my 2 nights there I didnt venture to walking street. Friends and I booked serviced apartments called The Base right behind LK metro. rooms were nice, modern and clean while costing around 1500 THB per night.

Spent the afternoon drinking in soi 6 although the quality of girl wasnt very good there was a good party atmosphere and a good time was had. Headed back over to LK metro since I wanted to check out the gogo bar Kink. I had read some interesting reports on the live shows but the whole place was a little underwhelming. Girls seemed disinterested and there werent many attractive girls working in my opinion.

We ended up in a sports bar on LK metro and i was approached by one of the staff there. A young, slim and fairly pretty girl from Issan came over and we had a few drinks together. Looks wise she was really short but a little curvy (which was nice probably due to her having a young child). She had dark skin and no large tattoos which might suggest she was fairly new to working. As it was getting late and being so close to where I was staying I decided to take her out at the agreed bar fine and price of 2000 THB.

Once back in the room she was a little shy and not the most active. We showered separately and then she joined me on the sofa in the living room area of my accomodation. i wouldnt say she was a starfish but she was a little passive during the time spent together. Pattaya is definitely cheaper than Bangkok - you can drink for around 60 THB per beer in most places away from walking street. I also found girls in bars want you to barfine them and then take them out to walking street so if you like clubbing then that could be a good idea. I think overall for the price and service it was fair. The girl was nice enough and pretty but there were no fireworks. I had a great time in the city but this experience was decidedly average.
