Decided to visit Donuts Anma the night before leaving Korea.
Somebody tried to lure me away when I got close to it.
At first the door was not opened for me, but then a group of Koreans left it and I was allowed to enter.
Reception was surprised to see a foreigner, but were friendly. I do not speak Korean and they could only speak a few English words.

They put me in the elevator and I entered a waiting room.
Here we discussed my preferences and payment.
I hoped to use the club area, but I guess they did not want to risk putting me there without being able to communicate.
While waiting for my girl, I could hear everything happening im the club area which was quite fun.

Finally I was led to a mirror room with my girl. She had a great body, mid thirties and could speak perfect English which made everything very relaxing. Don't know her name though.
I enjoyed her company, the great room and finished quite fast.

We are still talking afterwards and getting dressed, when suddenly the silent alarm light starts going off.
The music is shut off everywhere and I can hear the girls running around in front of the room.
My girl explains that the police are here to search the building.
she tells me to get dressed quickly, lay on the massage table and some words to say if I get questioned. Something along the lines of "I am customer, waiting for my massage" in korean.
she then quickly runs out of the room and leaves me in complete darkness.

So there I am, laying in this dark room, hearing how doors are opened, rooms are searched, people questioned. I am repeating the korean words she told me like some magical incantation trying to handle my panic.
15 minutes go by and things start to calm down. Nobody has entered my room so far.
Suddenly the door opens and it is my girl. We are both relieved and happy that everything was over.
Due to the immense stress relive, I was now smiling like a retard.

We talked some more and she tells me to come during the day next time.
In total, craziest and most memorable experience I ever had. Would risk again.

The raids at these places are uncommon but happen frequently enough that there are posts every now and then.  Seems like the police need to rattle the cage every now and then.  Most of the time they're shut down for the night but open up again the next day after, it sounds like you had your service so didnt really affect you in this case.  I know of some guys who were in the middle of the session and had to end the night without finishing, sometimes you get a partial refund sometimes you're SOL.  Just like any massage parlor if you find yourself in this situation you're there for a massage nothing more.  Playing the foreigner card might help too.  Of course there's the non-zero chance that you get perp walked out with all the girls and taken down to the station, every few years you'll see a news clip on it.  I've been to anmas a handful of times without incident, its not something to be too worried about but the one time it happens just keep your wits and play it cool (and pray lol)
