Did a bit of research and found La Cafe was one of the spots for freelancers, wanted to try a filipino on a budget so decided on this place. Went on a sunday afternoon, loads of girls in already, sat down and ordered a beer. Immediately girls would come up to you and try to chat with you, I waved away a few unattractive ones until a group of 4 came by and sat down. Bit of bullshitting later and took one to a room nearby. Negotiated for 3000 peso for 2 shots within the time of the room booking and started off with a massage. HJ was average and CBJ was fine. Nothing to write home about but for the price I'm sure you could have fucked them as well.
Would definitely try again in La Cafe but a fair bit of negotiating can be done prior as it depends on the girl's mood and if she's desperate.
