There are a few addresses I frequently visit, and 453-455 Shanghai Street has been one of my favorites over the past year.  I like the Thai houses because I don’t speak Chinese, but I do speak Thai. This building can be accessed from Mongkok MTR and just as easily from Yau Ma Tai MTR stop, which gives you the added advantage of some of the street walkers on Portland Ave and Shanghai St.  Anyway, all the WGs are up just a flight of stairs.  After you walk through a Japanese-type cloth curtain, there are two hallways - one to the right and the other to the left, and both are festooned with Christmas tree lights, the ubiquitous way of indicating that the shop is open!
Signs on the doors say either, welcome, or Please wait. Because pictures mean so little on websites, I usually just ring the bell of the first door that says, welcome.  The WG opens the door, we confirm the price - usually 300 HKD but sometimes 350 or 400.  I sometimes say no thank you, and they quickly close the door and we forget about each other.  Realistically, I’m not looking for a smoking hot body, just some kind of friendliness or a smile.  I like to chitchat as much as I like to fuck, so when a WG shows friendliness it makes a difference.
As they say, YMMV, and indeed it’s hit or miss, just like 66 Parkes and 57 Pilkem.  But, during my recent stay, I met a WG in room B2 - she’s gone now, who I revisited four or five times.  At the end of our first session I saw that she got really turned on when I licked her nipples really softly.  So, I continued, and by my third visit with her we were DFK like old lovers.  Really, really sexy, and our fucking was slow and intense as we looked into each other’s eyes (except when I licked her nipples
