So, having been to both Saunas here's my brief review:

I enjoy these saunas because I like using the wet areas. Specifically the Jacuzzi where I do my hot soak routine always. For those that think Saunas are priced a bit steeper than regular massage joints, it is more
worth it if you use the wet facilities.


[YMT]

Wet Area: It's quite beaten down and not that spanking new like the facilities at The Sauna & Spa or even OPS. The Jacuzzi is a bit small for my liking too, but it works.

VIP Room: Quite spacious, enough space on the sides of the massage chair. A bit more privacy.

Beautician Quality: Average-Decent, 6-7/10


[Fortress Hill]

Wet Area: It's quite spacious, and reminds me a bit of Gold Coast Sauna in Shenzhen. It's a big communal area with a large jacuzzi right in the centre.

VIP Room: It's a bit smaller than the ones at YMT, and nearer to the public entrance area so it's a bit noisier.

Beautician Quality: Decent-Good, 7-8/10


Now, I don't usually do the massages but caught a glimpse of some of them at the FH outlet, and it was subpar. (Older + Not very attractive) The ones at OPS are better.

The tips you give to the beautician happens either via cash or phone transfer and they quote you anywhere between 1000-2000 HKD.

Hope this gives some basic insights for those looking to pay Windsor a visit.

Windsor FH is the largest sauna in HK so their wet area is equally the largest
Windsor YMT is the newest full facility sauna in HK but their wet area is small
as in any sauna, the massage girls range from semi young to very mature but most of them are able to give you a decent massage where as with beauticians most rely on their looks rather then massage skills
