I agree. I imagine that COVID has reduce the pool significantly. Supply might be less than 10% of what it was before.

What I'm wondering about is what will happen after the pandemic. Will prices go back down or will this be the new normal.

For Taiwanese, a regular agent of mine has quoted a price 30% higher than one before pandemic. This agent argued that all extra cost due to 4 weeks quarantine goes to the customers.
