Been to Prague before many many years ago and it was a great experience albeit the price's were a bit cheaper.  There were plenty of girls freelancing on the streets as well especially around the market place where the pubs were.  Don't get much time for Europe and its a bit to expensive than some other up and coming countries.

There seems to be a lot more agencies now where they can come and pick you up and bring you to the club or as always they can bring the lady to your room. I did find it better going to the brothel or club first at least you can get the real look of the ladies they say are available.

Prices definitely creeping up in Prague in general; still good value compared to many Western European countries. Girls can still be found everywhere in a variety of locations: ShowPark Market, brothels (such as Mazlive Studentky http://mazlivestudentky.cz/en/), erotic massage, streetwalkers, escort agencies, independent ads, etc. Stay away from most stripclubs - you will most likely spend a lot and receive very little. Quality control is tough at the lower end but that's the same everywhere. It's true that some parlours and agencies can have a driver pick you up. I quite enjoy walking around the city skulking into random neighbourhoods and sketchy doorways. Massage places require some kind of appointment but many of the brothels will let you rock up if you aren't too picky. Prague wins for all the other things to see/do (architecture, beer, etc.). I think the general opinion that it's not the gem it used to be is true, but I still like it for what it is. It's a top choice if you like erotic massage (one of the city's specialities).
