After my experience at osaka soapland, i decided to go to Tobita Shinchi, which can be found on google maps, and i believe is one of the largest red-light district in Japan. It is technically illegal to pay for punt but to curb this they present themselves as "Japanese-style restaurants". Where food and snacks are offered.
When i first arrived, man i was stunned. Lost for words, after my experiences in HK coming to osaka was a whole different world. The selection is crazy, and all are 7+/10s.
The area consists of multiple streets and consist of multiple townhouses, each building feature wide doors that open to a entrance area, which also acts as a display. The décor in these spaces is quite diverse, ranging from traditional Japanese designs to Hello Kitty dolls, but all of them are crafted to appear cute and inviting.
Typically there is two women seated (seen three, for rotation): a relatively young girl, often dressed in attire ranging from revealing outfits to costumes like school uniforms, nurses, or manga characters. These women are the working staff, with some reportedly having backgrounds as former Adult Video performers. And always a mama-san, the manager of the business, who you talk with to decide on time of service.
There are 7 streets, each with there own characteristics
Main Streets:
- Seisyun Street – The busiest street, primarily with women in their early 20s.
- Main Street – Home to women in their mid-20s and older, who aren't considered "young enough" for Seisyun Street.
- Oomon Street – The street with the fewest establishments, featuring a mix of prostitutes of varying quality.
Side Streets:
- Youkai Street – Mainly women of middle age and older, often referred to as "milfs."
- Nenkin Street – Similar to Youkai Street, but with occasional standout workers appearing here on rare occasions.
- Hyakuban Street – Parallel to Oomon Street, it has the least number of brothels in Tobita Shinchi, offering a mixed range of middle-aged providers, like the other side streets.
- Hashi Street – Leads into the shopping area west of Main Street, with a mix of middle-aged providers.
Onto my experience:
My first time there, as mentioned i was stunned. One of the first few was really my COT, but i wanted to see if theres better. Honestly, in this area if you see one you like make the move, as it is likely you will not bump into them after as there are a lot of people. After i agreed upon time with the mamasan, i was taken upstairs by the girl, she was holding my hand up and she made sure i got a very nice view
