I was curious about luxury soaplands so I decided to give Versailles a try despite reading some negative reviews after new management took over. In hindsight, I should've listened because this was my worst experience by far. I made a reservation for Haru through LINE, it was straightforward and didn't require pre-payment.

I arrived on the day of and the staff was welcoming. One guy escorted me into a room where he showed me an unblurred picture of Haru for confirmation and then collected payment. He left the room, came back in less than a minute and then took me to a nearby building where I waited in another room for a few minutes before I went upstairs and met Haru. She's really cute and looks like her photos.

When we get into the room, she opens the closet for me to put my things in but she hasn't said anything at this point so I try to make some small talk. She doesn't speak English so I spoke in Japanese but her replies were short. I asked her if she's from Tokyo and she said "I won't say." That's fine, since some girls don't want to share personal information but the way she answered was cold and she didn't say anything after and just sat there in silence looking across the room. I asked if something was wrong and she completely ignored me and didn't say anything. It was starting to feel really uncomfortable and awkward at this point so I decided to ask another question, if she's shy. She answers this time, saying "not really" scoffingly. I was perplexed at her attitude and didn't know how to react so we just sat there in silence while she scrolled on her phone.

After what felt like forever, she says to shower. I sit in the tub while she prepares in silence. When she's done preparing, I sit on the stool and she puts soap on me gently. Our feet accidentally bumped into each other, she doesn't say anything but just pushes my leg away lightly. Shower's over pretty quickly with no play and she gives me a towel to dry myself off and I wait on the bed while she dries off. She comes over, tells me to lay down and licks my nipple while using one of her hands to play with the other one. She starts giving me a HJ but only uses her thumb and index finger, doesn't feel like anything. I was already extremely put off by her attitude so I couldn't get fully hard. She goes ahead and puts a condom on anyway and gives the most effortless CBJ (I was already informed beforehand everything would be covered so no surprise here) for less than a minute and then gets into ACG position. I still couldn't get fully hard so I tried to touch her but it felt like she was intentionally trying to keep my arms away with her legs so I couldn't so I stopped trying. After a few minutes, she got off without saying anything so I was confused. Then she asked if I came which was strange because there was no indication of that at all. So I guided us into missionary but I couldn't stay even semi-hard so I stopped the play. She ordered drinks for us. At that point, I already accepted the session for what it was but she suddenly does a 180 on her attitude and starts making proper conversation, asking me questions. Around 40 minutes before the session was supposed to end, she asked to shower and I agreed since I wanted to leave.

I know soaplands pretty much never offer any remuneration but I sent a complaint to them through LINE anyway. They responded with the typical Japanese apology, said they would pass the feedback on to the girl (doubt), and recommend girls next time I come back. In conjunction with the other negative reviews I've read, I suspect the staff is already aware of this kind of service. I don't know how Versailles treats Japanese customers but 100% would not recommend for foreigners. It's possible I just got unlucky with the girl but I'll never know since I won't return.
