Here is a general rundown of how Delta Spa operates. You enter the establishment and receive a bracelet with a number on it. Some locations have better facilities and you may use them (Sauna, Jacuzzi, etc.). If the location doesn't have that, you will be lead to the lounge where you will sit and wait. The basic room has a shower, the next one up has a waterjet device in the shower. I can't remember what the most expensive room has, I never felt the need for that. You can also choose the types of massage services: mud batch, type of oil used, or you can try their gimmicky ED shocker that is supposed to help your erection. You can also choose the therapist. Delta spa has an IG presence and sometimes you can see most of their staff in their IG posts. The therapists have a rating and the highest rated girl is the one who brings in the most money (encouraging you to buy drinks or food during the service). The highest rated girl will most likely be the most popular and cutest one, but not always. Guests typically do not know the ratings or about the rating system, so asking for the highest rated girl might be met with confusion by the mamasan. I like to ask for a girl who is petite, gentle, "genit" which means talkative, playful or flirty and "mesum" which means perverted. You can also inquire with your therapist which of them is the most "mesum" or "hyper" which is the term they use to mean sexually active and available; short for hypersex (nymphomaniac).

Once you have made your choices, the mamasan will leave you to arrange your room and girl. When ready, she will hold your hand and lead you to your room. The girl will already be there and she will ask for your bracelet, make a phone call to start the timer. You will then undress completely and lay down. The massage is really good and thorough and lasts for about 90 minutes. During the massage, they will get close to your anus and your LB, but that's standard operating procedure.
