First time punting in Malaysia and wanted to share what I know. See below some sites I used. All mine were outcall to hotel, no in-call experience but the links below will guide you if that's what you want.

Apparently there is the "Beach Club" and "Thai Club" where you can go to practice your mongering skills. It was just easier for me to do outcalls.
There is also a local Malaysia mongering forum which was very helpful, google for it or ask a Captain (that's how I found out about it).
1) Whatsapp works just as well as WeChat. Reach out to Captains before arriving. I told one that I have not checked in yet and will get back to them when I check in. They will want hotel, name and room#. He reserved the girl and was cool with it. So had my first KL punt 4 hours after landing. (KLIA airport to downtown KL is about 50 min no traffic and should cost about $80 ringgitt).
2) Outcall prices are a little higher. Some will only do min 2 hours but amoi2u lets you do 45 min outcall (more on this below)
3) You have to pick up girl in their taxi outside the hotel and pay upfront. I didn't want to pick up in the hotel driveway and asked them to drop them off across the street so I didn't have to deal with doorman and bellhop looking. This worked a couple times, other times it was walk the long walk in front of everyone to pay the driver, open the door for the girl and walk the long walk back through the lobby. If you are in KL for work with colleagues, you probably want to stay at a different hotel from them
4) You pay tips for CIM and A-Level. Even if a girl does not advertise CIM, you can ask after getting into the action and she may do it (worked for me!). CIM is typically an extra $50 ringgit and I heard A-Level was extra $100-$120 ringgit (but no luck here)
5) All the girls I had could speak English half-way decently, better than Bangkok or HK IMO
6) Half the girls did not like me holding their heads to control pace during BBBJ. This was a little weird, I've never had any WG in other countries stop me. I rated them lower for PSE because of this
7) Suggest you try get one earlier in day than in night. One WG I had at 10pm told me I was her fifth that day and she was tired (but you already knew this!)
8) I took showers with all the girls and they all washed me pretty good. Most also used the hotel mouthwash before and brushed teeth after. Good hygiene for sure
9) I had read that hotels were girl-friendly. I stayed at 2 different 5-star hotels in bukit bingtang downtown area and did not have any problems.
I like the amoi2u model. I had a bad 2 hour punt with another stable and amoi2u allows 45 min outcall. So the risk/damage is minimal and you can check out girl looks, chemistry etc. before committing to a longer punt next time and their prices are pretty cheap. To be fair, don't expect a great GFE in 45 min ... you probably need a longer date than that.
Also, just used amoi2u twice but the one Indonesian girl I had (see my FR on W279) was exact picture, no photoshop (and cute as heck). I didn't get a chance to try a second Indo (really wanted to try W277, please write a FR if you do) but their Indo pictures do not look as photoshopped vs the Thai pictures.
One more note. KL surprised me. Thinking moderate muslim country there wouldn't be a lot of action but I was surprised to find many stables and good lookers. I did read about raids to in-call hotels so I paid extra for outcall to be safer.
