Area does have a lot of spas, walked around 80% of the streets looking at each spa to evaluate the "legit ness" of the place and the potential for FS but seem mostly legit, no scantily clad cute massage girls anywhere to be seen. Only legit looking spas with a reception lady and most of them completely booked. One place with girls waiting being the glass door waving at me was red roses spa but i wanted to check out queen bee first. There was also a place where the reception guys wanted full payment upfront (ticket+tip) before even seeing the girl, seemed dodgy so i bolted.

At around 2.30 pm on a Sunday there were 5 girls to choose, from early 20s to later 30s. All 6 or 7, no standouts. I had pussy money in my pocket and was tired of walking and figured this would be my best shot to get FS hassle free so I picked the youngest one that looked ok. Like a 7 but at least young looking. On my way to the room, saw a fellow punter that had a very cute pretty, syt kinda girl. A 8 i would say, too bad for me i arrived a few min too late to pick her.

Service was very very average but the girl was friendly. She asked if I wanted a massage, she seemed surprised i say yes but whatever. Gave a very poor massage as expected, on the flip very mechanical.
FS seemed quite painful to her so it was also a turn off. She kept her clothes on because because it's not included for the normal room price, wtf ???

Overall, disappointing service, sweet girl. Price it okay for FS, seems they have a few rather good looking girls. I think I only used 40 min of the 60min package.

As a side note the girl told me there should be about 20 WGs working here, they should all the there at 6pm when its peak time. Maybe consider visiting at that time.
There is a pretty good bun Cha place on the same street but service is slow as fuck.

The neighborhood is very residential and family friendly. There were only a handful of obvious dirty places.
The rest are more legit massage where you can maybe get a happy ending, clearly not FS spas all around from my observations.
