Was in AC last weekend and it is really going down the drain.  The quality of girls is down, prices have increased (Fields now standard is 3000, and perimeter 2000 - compared to 2,000 and 1500 respectively).
Had a couple of girls and both were runners.
Koreans have splashed money around and prices have jumped and girls are less interested in service.
Koreans get drunk in bars and throw money, balls, noodle cups etc. and girls gorget about basic attention to other folks in the bar and just surround this one korean drunk person who is throwing money

I don't know, did I go at the wrong time, was my luck just down the dumps or AC ios not what it used to be.  Go around 10 pm (I remember we used to go around 11 pm and everything would be buzzing), and quality is really down.  I was told Koreans come at 7 pm and bar fine most girls.

I think this was my last foray in AC.  I have heard Sri Lanka has become the next best thing and Russians, Chinese, Uzbeks, Pinays, Thai all come on 3 months visa, rent a room in one of the good hotels and you can have walk ins.

Will book a flight to Sri Lanka and see how it goes.

I totally agree with your assessment of AC. Been there twice within the last two years.  The talent in the bars is low even for this 53yr old monger. The Koreans have taken over. There guys who drive around the perimeter road bars as early as 11:00am picking up girls and taking them back to the Korean hotels. I will not return for a while.  Subic Bay is my favorite place in PI

I travel to India all the time. I never punt in India because I never seam to be able to find any southeast Asian girls and I'm not really into Indian ladies.

My upcoming trip includes a couple of days in Sir Lanka. I though I would be shut out but now Im really excited about the possibility.

I was there a few weeks ago. Still a good number of gems to be found, but I agree with your assessment that you have to go earlier than before. My group would head out to the perimeter around 1pm and if we found a girl we liked we would barfine her, get her phone number, call her to meet up at a later time. If we found something better on Fields we would just not call the earlier one.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.  Benn twice in the last year and find Angeles one of the best places for the GFE experience.  My suggestion is find a bar you like,  get to know the mamasan and you will be in a good place.  Personally, I like the Shipwrecked bar and I have had some great girls from there. They know I'm a butterfly so no issue with taking different girls each night.

Candy Bar on perimeter also has some great young ladies for threesomes (or more) and bar fines also much cheaper.

April is the absolute worst time of year to go.  There's tons of tourists and since holy week/easter is a big deal a lot of the girls go home around this time.  

Koreans have indeed driven the price up and they do indeed go out as soon as the bars open to pick up their girls.  If you're only looking to barfine then it can be difficult.   You'll have to go early or hope that you get lucky.  Still there should be some hot girls around later for whatever reason, especially during low season.

There's a lot of options other than bar fining though: hiso being the main one.  If you are personable then going there is a good option as the girls there are looking for a good time and cash, not just cash.  

If that's not your thing then there's still options, but you're probably best off doing your homework beforehand.  A lot of girls use Facebook for finding customers as well as online dating sites. You also have tinder and badoo but those can be frustrating and time consuming.

I wouldn't recommend going in April and if you do then bar fining is probably your worst option.

Bro, you probably got lucky at Candy Bar.  Mine was a runner and as soon as we arrived at the hotel, she wanted to get it on, and said she was hungry, had left her food at the bar, and bolted

Did you go back and complain ?
I have found that going back to the bar and complaining has either got my money back or any bar fine without further charge.  Had a bad experience with a girl from Ra (think that was what is was called) and had to really be firm with the manager to get my money back. I stuck to my guns and finally git my money back.
That's why my modis operandi now is to build a relationship with a few good bars only. The manasan and staff know me, know that I treat the girls well, tip well and don't usually bar fine the same girl twice. Win win for all concerned, and I can have a drink in peace without being pestered for LD for all and sundry

I told the girl I will go and demand cash back, but she said I had already poked her and so won't get any money back.  Plus she said she was willing to come back after she had eaten...I knew the rest of it would go downhill even if she returned, plus I am not a confrontational type, so just chalked it up as bad experience.

Agree with you, better build a relationship with mamasan, and the girls will have to service you the  best as they are scared of mamasan.

Also, I am not willing to go at 6:00 pm to compete with Korean guys to barfine a hot looking girl who might be a deadfish

Bro, in AC, the bar fine is automatically long time.  You can let the girl go if you wish, but they dont have short timr bar fines.  You could negotiate in advance for say 500 pesos less, but not worgh ghe hassle for 10$

Totally agree. It's dieing a slow death. Ive been 4 times in the last 12 months and it gets worse. I'm lucky that i know the mama in two Korean bars so can still get some gems and never have problem with runners from those but overall most bars have long term veterans working in them these days. Very few new girls around.

As one guy mentioned there are still gems to be found. Well I'm not sure it warrants the expense to go find them any more.

For me Pattaya or BKK is my go to place these days. Cheaper than AC and way more choice.
