There are multiple telegram groups that she is in. The sad reality is the “legit” telegram groups do not exist. Rapid HIV tests:
4th generation test (testing for antibodies and p-24 antigen): accurate after 6 weeks
3rd generation test (testing for antibodies only): accurate after 12 weeks

Wanted to support OPs comment regarding being very careful about TG groups for the Philippines. If you don't speak Tagalog that marks you automatically as an easy target. Similar to OP I Iearned the hard way and I do know some Tagalog. The good news is what will protect you a lot is many of these groups operate online using the local Gcash app. It's not really accessible by foreigners unless they live in the Philippines and have a local bank account. Good news because once you send money it is gone. So lots of not so fun experiences of how local users pressure you into sending money and you get nothing. Especially for VCS. It might not seem a lot to foreigners but local scammers do it because of the volume of suckers and its easy money.

The bigger problem is if you do get scheduled and end up bringing a good amount of cash to a meet then you could be in personal danger of being robbed or worse. Then there are VCS scams like them taking video of your VCS then figuring out your real identity for blackmail purposes.

I was lucky and found a decent GC but there is currently a lot of drama rn about people in the group starting another chat and stealing gents and girls. So don't ask me for details. Its a lot of money in the PI so be very careful. People get robbed or killed for less.

To my surprise I had a good experience with an outcall spa recently (need to find time to do a review), so I'd count the ones advertised on MTC as something to look into but note the ATW tends to be pricey.

Agree on TG being for pros only. Most sex scams happen here. The main thing to keep in mind is that if anyone asks for a down-payment, or if you plan to buy content, it's better to meet them first irl if you can. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend going in blind.
