If I recall correctly she took a break for a little bit and that might have caused her to drop from gold (what she was at my time of seeing her) to silver. One of the girls that I've seen recently told me that one of the criteria that the shop uses to determine rank is the number of repeat customers, so while she's giving long hours of availability and probably seeing a lot of guys, there's a chance that not many of them are repeats and that might be why she hasn't moved back up.
