In my experience, I'll message them and ask how much they charge. If they open with a 3k, then I'll say that it's quite a bit out of my budget. They'll usually ask how much I can pay and I'll usually start with 1k. Sometimes they will say OK straight away, or they'll push for 1.5 or 2k.
Usually it helps if you position yourself as ready to trade at that moment, often times they are quite open to negotiate if its revenue that's dangling right in front of them. If they really won't budget beyond 2k and you really want her, you can try to negotiate more services, like for them to cum, or for you to get 2 shots.
