Modus operandi as told to me -- Bike taxi guy takes you to a discreet shop in Hanoi, the massage shop collects some amount of money, sends you upstairs for massage, the girl comes in and applies some oil on body, face mask and lotion, the girl asks extra money for specials, you are forced to pay for it. Once done, you will not be allowed to leave until you pay for the oil, lotion and face mask totalling to a million dong or more which are hidden and forced charges
TLDR -- This friend of a friend lost more than 3 M dong in a forced way (was threatened to pay up) with 4 people locking him up inside room. Cops in Vietnam and Hanoi are corrupt and are already paid by these guys, you will no receive help.
Part 3 - FS Place
I managed to find/locate a FS place in Korea town, the place is called D'Salon (https://maps.app.goo.gl/RTGrEPX3LNAihJZK8). I confirmed with the staff that they provide FS but could not participate as I did not have a booking. This seems to be the only or few places in Hanoi that offers FS.
