I've talked to multiple Belle girls and it seems that there is a fixed rate of 6k per hr, sometimes there are those with higher but those might be their guest 'therapists'.
If charged higher then it is probably due to a request that is something which is outside of their usual Do's and Dont's.
If they charge you cheaper however, make sure to tip them because that would mean that they're taking a smaller cut of what you paid as their handler will follow the usual 6k. Just giving this as a tip as they do give back in return if you do book them again, a good deed is never lost.
