My theory about the bait and switch agents is that they don't do bookings at all. I think they just want to maximize the numbers of punters for each girl.
They will always say "Yes" to any question you ask, as long as it makes you come to the hotel. When you arrive they don't care if you go to the girl you want, they just send you to the next available girl. Otherwise they would have to spend time organizing a booking puzzle. As long as the punter likes the girl and decides to stay and play, they earn their salary.
Just keep in mind you can always say no. They won't get mad at you. They will just give you another hotel room and you can check out as many girls as you want until you find one you like.
