She has numerous positive reviews but still stays in silver tier. From some other comments any my own experiences I believe she can be a bit flaky on time, last November she canceled an hour before we were scheduled to meet (ended up rebooking with another girl 2 hours later with a small discount). She's the only girl that I've ever been canceled by so I'm sure these go against her even if she does take a good share of her bookings. Glad to hear you had a good experience, I have her on the top of my list for my next trip, hoping that things will pan out this time around.
