But can we count on that? Nope. So if you're interested in this business model, please take note of LINE IDs and such. Because if you communicate with an agent on a specific LINE ID, they will retain that ID. They pay for an ID that starts with an "@" symbol, so they re-use them. You can communicate with agents via LINE even if all the websites are taken down.
