While new (9/2021) on this forum, I have been using this database website since ~2006...and it was quite reliable, ass wise included of course, and not only on HK Island!!
Since ~2022, not so much.
ANY information posted there (saved Phone numbers and Address for Walk-Up) deserve some .."thinking" (aka you are on your own!) !!
Saved some very weird exceptions, nowadays everything is for sale or...manipulated or both!!
For a while, I was said to have rooms in Hing Loong and Phoenix! 
That said, in Phoenix (not in Hing Loong...while offered refugee status at any time of the night when needed),
I was given the code code to a flat and authorised at night to bang on the door like crazy until the the Sleeping Beauty wakes up.
So I know this building!
Check the webpages of 5F at Phoenix!
How many legendary MILF still see value in paying for the FULL webpage? Crystal, Sammi, Siu Siu,... ?
Those ladies have experience so if they have given up on the full webpages there maybe a meaning.
Too old? Many could train younger ones for sure.
The question maybe more about: Are those webpages a BS contest? Is it worth the $?
About this "reliability", being the absolute weirdo (zero Chinese) on the Chinese Forum,
several months ago I had a private chat with somebody fairly senior in the organisation.
My question (considering the many disruptive changes) was: ~"Is there a pilot in the plane?"
His reply, in susbtance, was: "maybe there are too many!" That enlightened me.
THE good news is that this forum (while infiltrated by some girls and agents up to some levels) stands as THE REFERENCE!
Using the Search function and reading the Reports can save from massive disappointments (due diligence! the Expected Value is way below 50% nowadays).
So count our blessing!!
If this post had a much higher RA, my rantings would be less diplomatic
