This is pricey for Bangkok, but let's look at the bigger picture. Ordering delivery is always more expensive, but you do get to hang out waiting in your hotel room, and can have everything you need for the session handy. If you're going to entertain your date with food and beverage, they typically prefer a private setting. And you're not the one stuck in traffic.
Some guys like the setup, and that's why my first question to mongers seeking advice on the Big Mango is: "What do you WANT?" As long as the client is satisfied with the value equation, then...that's probably what he wanted, right?
