it seems like Haru has more bad reviews than good the past couple of years. I keep seeing the same things:
- behavior: some punters found her cutesy and others were turned off by her (notably the singing)
- attitude: some recent reviews found her demanding, if not, entitled
- appearance: many found her too thick/big compared to their expectations of a Japanese woman
- performance: dependent on her mood that day and chemistry with the punter?
At this point, there are other girls to try instead of Haru. I was interested in her until I saw the negative reviews which I'm thankful for because the newer THC girls are more accommodating in my experience

to answer your question, it's up to the individual provider to set the prices. It's quite dependent on the girl on how she feels that day and how she feels about you. I've been able to negotiate, I think the only girl that was firm with her prices with me was Rin
