For some unknown reason karma was given to the guy above you instead.
Definitely should let them know but they can only deal with it if you sent in a complain on the spot (or immediately after the session at the latest). Best to do it on the spot even if the girl is still there.
If she left early (e.g. before 1 hour since you booked 90 minutes), you can request for a refund for the unused time.
As several months have already passed, it's unlikely you'll get anything back but you can take note of this for future bookings. I had to learn the hard way too. | |
