[TH][Pattaya] Checking Safe SEX Practices

Currently I am mongering in Pattaya.
This is my 3rd time visiting the country. I absolutely love the food , people Beautiful Girls here.
I always advocate SAFE protected adventures .
Yesterday I was meeting this girl KooKKai , young cute girl, It was fun.
Out of curiosity I checked with her if she was ok with doing BB FS with me.
To my surprise she said YES without a second of thought. Of course I didnt go for BB .
I asked her why she ok with BB, she said she has some kind of shot from doc, so its ok for her to do BB.
When i checked further I understood she has taken some shot that stop pregnancy. The level of awareness is practically None with her.
I explained it to her all the risks, I dont know how much she understood.
Now It got me thinking what kind of practices they are following here.
So I chatted up with more FL girls from TF asking to do BB.
I kid you not The NEXT three girls all of them said YES.
2 of them didnt even try to negotiate, 1 girl she asked for a higher rate for BB.
Now all I can think is WHY?
Lack of awareness? or They dont care?
Imagine someone breaking condom with FL girl here.
Whats going on?
Someone help me make sense of all this.
