Yeah, for Rakuten/Kyoto they want 1K or a little less for a hand job and def do not take 500 haha. I've only been once to kyoto though, and Rakuten is much more luxurious and an enjoyable experience.
I've tried chakra, it's a little bit more therapeutic and focused on karsai but will give you a handjob at the end anyway and she knows how to stimulate the prostate properly. But if you're lucky you can get similar service other places. Sometimes you get it randomly at smaller massage shops because the masseuse seems to have studied it before (at Sasiya, I had it once, but you can get unlucky there as well). So the price is a little steep.
