Found out what the issue is and here is the quick update for anyone else who may have troubles contacting agents via LINE
Simply put, Line will shadow ban your account as a spammer/scammer if you message overseas people with a non Asian? account. Since my Line account got shadow banned none of my messages actually went through to any of the agents, hence no replies.
to resolve, buy a physical sim with Taiwan phone number (I don't think any e-sims have numbers?) and then register for a line account with that | |
