Apparently it's hosted and run by the Chinese. It's free but I think theres a paid aspect to it to unlock more of... Something. Haven't dived too deep into it myself yet.
I did notice that one of the Spas listed in my area isn't a mongering spa though (it's a legitimate very well known spa) so keep that in mind if you're using the map I guess. But I mean I guess you can tell from the pics anyway lol
They appear to have a telegram group too. It's pretty much all Chinese and I noticed the chat focuses heavily on Vietnam.
