This might be a stupid question but what do they mean by Foreigner? Does it mean anyone who is not a resident of HK/China? I'm Asian, but am born in the West. Making my first trip to HK in a month. I have some limited Chinese proficiency but a local will probably figure out I don't "belong" within a minute of meeting me
