OK. I have boilerplate text on my phone which reads:
Beware of scammers—NEVER transfer funds via bank or 7-11.
Sometimes I'll blast that out on a TG group. I have prevented some guys for falling for this scam. Some johns, however, seem determined to get scammed anyway...glad you avoided.
Please describe what happened. You cite a LINE ID, were you approached for the transfer by this LINE account? Or Telegram? How did you get Bass's LINE ID? Did she first request a bank transfer you couldn't make as you don't have a Thai bank account?
If she's a freelancer it's possible that she was requesting a legit deposit. Scammers typically want the whole amount. But any transfer at 7-11 for sex work is sus. Don't do it.
