I'd imagine without RA20 there would be a lot of basic questions and spam flooding the forum. It's definitely a hassle but it doesn't seem like too much work to get there.
I've also seen some Bay Area posts marked with either no RA or RA10 (mostly due to the posters not following guidelines). Unsure if these will be corrected but at least for now there is some information out there.
For what it's worth I'm in the same boat. I was a long time lurker on another forum that didn't have a RA system, but the 141 Bay Area forums seem to be a better resource for the area. I've been posting reviews of some older visits outside the bay and have almost made my way to RA20.
I suppose the system really does work as I wouldn't have written these reviews otherwise. | |

IMO your Japan reports are recent enough. Better than the reports on WGs that are already gone |
