Images are optional really but are nice when you want to look back on old reviews... they won't be at THC forever and their profile will expire.
Recently I've been thinking the sweet spot is RA20 to avoid one-liners from those who can't be bothered to learn the rules and rating system nor contribute their own reviews. You're able to read your own reviews even if your RA is below what you set.
