For the Hong Kong scene, for LT, would recommend using tinder or go LKF to find a local girl. Whilst LKF isn’t what it used to be years ago, it’s still decent.
I personally like to go to Knutsford Terrace, but then it depends on your pickup game! For punting, 2000 USD will go along way, if you go to Fuji, the usual ST price is around 600HKD, if you go to JSL, can range around 400-600hkd
There are smaller walk ups with Thais which are 300HKD, I left a post with these locations before. I would recommend KH , there are mainlanders, also Thais and Russians, the Russians will charge 800HKD.
Telegram is apparently popular, never used it, but you might find some helpers who will stay the night. I used to see one evenings, only cost taxis and food!
Recommend to read the HK reviews to get some ideas on there to go, but you’ll enjoy yourself with 2000
