Wanted to support OPs comment regarding being very careful about TG groups for the Philippines. If you don't speak Tagalog that marks you automatically as an easy target. Similar to OP I Iearned the hard way and I do know some Tagalog. The good news is what will protect you a lot is many of these groups operate online using the local Gcash app. It's not really accessible by foreigners unless they live in the Philippines and have a local bank account. Good news because once you send money it is gone. So lots of not so fun experiences of how local users pressure you into sending money and you get nothing. Especially for VCS. It might not seem a lot to foreigners but local scammers do it because of the volume of suckers and its easy money.
The bigger problem is if you do get scheduled and end up bringing a good amount of cash to a meet then you could be in personal danger of being robbed or worse. Then there are VCS scams like them taking video of your VCS then figuring out your real identity for blackmail purposes.
I was lucky and found a decent GC but there is currently a lot of drama rn about people in the group starting another chat and stealing gents and girls. So don't ask me for details. Its a lot of money in the PI so be very careful. People get robbed or killed for less.
My recommendation for the budget and value oriented try the MPs in QC (search for my post on this lvl 20 required). If you can brave the traffic then with a SR you at least don't have to worry about B&S.

To my surprise I had a good experience with an outcall spa recently (need to find time to do a review), so I'd count the ones advertised on MTC as something to look into but note the ATW tends to be pricey.
TG is only for the experts and with PI knowledge. Even though they are not cheap I've heard read enough good about Manila Courtesans to say try them (do a regular girl first then try to get into VIP) if you have no Manila experience. Also keep in mind time and location. Most TG are outcall and with Manila time and traffic having a girl show up to your location in a reasonable time frame (not 1-3h late) is a big plus. So basedbon reading here do Manila Courtesans if your a total noob in the PI. Not the cheapest, but better safe than sorry and they have a VIP level that seems to have legit pics.
Also be very careful with raw in the PI. I'm highly doubtful your getting low volume girls. The cheaper the price the higher the volume. So even if they show you a recent test that can change quickly. I used to think BBBJ was safe, hah!
