I was staying in Hanoi for some nights in early July, have been reading here for a bit so booked a room at Fortuna directly.
Went to the KTV around 20:00.
In general: The KTV is in the basement of the Hotel, stairs left of the reception.
There are elevators behind the one you see left of the check in desk, those go directly to the basement.

The ST is one shot only, an extra shot can be negotiated with the lady directly.
I had the ST +1, but would recommend to do the LT instead if you want to have more then 1 shot. Difference in damage is negligible.
At the entrance there are ~20 ladies sitting, so you walk right through them.
