	I trim/shave the night before I anticipate going. Day of make sure the bowels are empty and shower right before heading out the door. I've recently got some little blue pills so now I jerk off and pop a pill before going. I've got problems lasting long with these girls and want to make it worth it. It's been a lot better now doing this. If I find someone who does msog though I'd skip jerking.
