There is no "trap" here--this shop, and sister shop awesome999, run Korean-language advertising to attract Korean clients: expats and tourists. We may reasonably assume that some Koreans visit these shops, and as they also advertise in English, Chinese, and Japanese we may further assume that some of their clients prefer those languages. In this regard they are no different from the hundreds of other similar establishments all over Bangkok and indeed in many other Thai cities.
That is all there is to this. If you are curious, please come visit us here in Bangkok--after of course browsing the Thailand forum.
