So I knew just enough to take the elevator to the top and work my way down. I ended up going up and down the building probably 3 times. Fortunately, I had brought some water with me, or I would have died from dehydration.
Eventually, I ended up in the Russian alley on 11/F. There was a door that was open where she was tidying up the room. After the customary shower and paper towel drying, we sat together and talked a bit. I guess my demeanor completely gave away my newbie-ness, so she was trying to put me at ease.
