Hygiene must-dos
1. Shower is a must, if you're clean enough you may get to skip shower and save time, especially if you don't have short hair
2. Shave also a must, preferably close to time of appointment as feeling like sandpaper is a turn-off
3. Nails huge must, if they're already trimmed enough then file them
4. Oral hygiene, yes brush teeth, floss, and mouthwash if you need but to truly not have bad breath then don't forget to brush the TONGUE

Bonus note: Okuchi Lemon is a mouthwash from Japan that comes in little sachets and will solidify all dirt and debris in your mouth into brown stuff which you can then spit out. Keep rinsing your mouth out until you don't see anymore brown solids... if your mouth is particularly bad or if you're a smoker then you may need to use another sachet. Your mouth will have never felt fresher. YMMV though as the better your oral hygiene, the less brown solids. I don't see any if my oral hygiene has been on point.
