I have been regular at Kama since 2013. Before 2019 the Wyndham Street branch of Kama was raided at least twice by LE. Partly Kama changed its practice because of competition and partly because of a different level of risk tolerance from owners (I think some previous owners are less involved now). FS is not advertised and is definitely not standard. There may be some girls who may make their personal decision to do more with a customer in the heat of the moment.
With regards to how many girls, it is my opinion that generally less than 50% of girls offer P3. When my esteemed colleague badelaude says “almost all girls offer” I note that he says in his post that customer service knows what kind of girls he likes and recommends so this may be an “unrepresentative sample”. Looking also at the reports written in this forum, I am envious of how effectively badelaude has found all of the naughtiest girls in the stable.
