tldr version: if you have limited shots, focus on 1.5k+ under an established agent, with good reviews incl. candid photos.
Long version:
Fiwfans is an estabilshed local scene with significant local volume, and these tend to develop into rather efficient markets.
I would divide the girls into 4 types: new and cheap, new and expensive, established and cheap, estabilshed and expensive
New and cheap girls are an outright gamble, there's literally no info, not something i'd try as an occasional visitor.
New and expensive I would consider, esp. if they are under an estabilshed agent. Hopefully the agents feel they have a reputation to keep in the local market, and priced the girl high based on some attractive qualities. If she proves truly popular, they may subsequently raise the price which seems to have happened before. I would classify Bazooka under that category for me, although evidence suggests she probably wasn't that popular, hence the drop in price and move to no-name agent / independent.
Estabilshed and still cheap almost always has a good reason. I learnt the hard way with Wawa and Dragon. Sometimes the reason may not be something you mind, and that was my experience with Ayumi and Nichas, but again as someone with limited shots, not a chance I'd take anymore.
Established and expensive is your best shot. Of course the reviews may yet be faked, or there's a quirk that's not to your liking, but I personally haven't had any major fails in this group. Mii was amazing (1.3k for 25mins, expensive for the short time), Blueberry had cute face and good service, and another bro rated her service highly as well (1.7k for 40mins), and Baimon (will write review soon) had absolutely top PSE, smoking hot body, although admittedly her face isn't the best, again multiple bros have reviewed (4k 120min).
